Kindly be aware that once a sale is made, it is considered final. In order to ensure the accuracy of your customized lace wig, please provide precise measurements and be thorough in specifying all details. Please note that returns or exchanges are not feasible under any circumstances. We appreciate your comprehension in this matter.

Hair Care Tips
Shampooing
It is recommended to wash your human hair wigs once every 1-2 months, but this may vary depending on how often you wear them. When washing, use cold or mild water and a high-quality mild shampoo. Avoid applying the shampoo to the scalp, and instead use gentle downward strokes to distribute it evenly throughout the hair. Do not rub the hair or scalp vigorously. Apply a small amount of soapy water to the top of the wig, but do not scrub it. Rinse thoroughly with cool to warm water, starting from the top and working your way down. Gently blot the hair with a towel to remove excess water.
When your hair is still wet, take a small amount of conditioner for human hair wigs and apply it evenly onto your palms. Avoid applying the conditioner onto the base of the wig as it could loosen the knots on top, causing your wig to become bald. Let the conditioner sit in the hair for 3-5 minutes. While the hair is still wet and saturated with conditioner, gently detangle the wig, starting from the tips and working your way up. Your fingertips are gentle enough, but you can also use a wide-toothed wig brush. Rinse the conditioner completely off the hair using cool running water. When rinsing the wig, allow a small amount of conditioner to remain in the hair by flushing some of the conditioners with room temperature or slightly warmer water only from the inside of the wig cap.

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase decision before finalizing your order.
Do You Revamp Your Units?
I often receive a common inquiry asking if our units can be revamped. The answer is yes, regardless of whether it is a machine-made braided or plaited unit. We can revamp any unit. You can drop off or send in your unit for revamping. Additionally, revamping is a way to change the style and appearance of your unit. For instance, if you originally ordered the Cali Unit but now desire the Gisele Unit, you can get your current unit revamped into a new look.
To improve our processing time, we require 7 to 15 business days to complete your order. Ladies, kindly ensure that you provide your contact information along with your unit.
